About this role

This Senior Applications Engineer role supports Marvell's Central Engineering team in validating and characterizing high-speed SerDes and analog macros for data center, AI, and 5G applications. You will serve as the primary technical interface with customers, leading IP integration, silicon bringup, and signal integrity debugging across complex SoC programs. The position requires deep expertise in high-speed interfaces and cross-functional collaboration to drive successful product releases.

Responsibilities

Lead SerDes IP integration and customer bringup from design review to production release.
Diagnose and resolve signal integrity issues across multi-data-rate SerDes interfaces.
Coordinate engineering resources across IP design, firmware, and validation teams.
Analyze PCB layouts and perform channel simulations to identify integration risks early.
Present technical findings and recommendations to customer engineering teams and internal leadership.
