Principal Artificial Intelligence/ Cloud Engineer

The Principal Artificial Intelligence/Cloud Engineer serves as the lead technical architect for all software, AI/ML, and cloud systems at Marine Corps Air Station Cherry Point, driving the modernization of legacy applications into secure cloud-based solutions. This role is responsible for defining technical architecture, establishing development standards, and leading the Risk Management Framework and Authorization to Operate processes for all developed systems. The position acts as the primary technical point of contact for government stakeholders while ensuring AI tools comply with DoD operational security policies.
