Roche Innovation Center Shanghai is hiring a Senior Associate / Principal Associate in Antibody Engineering to support antibody discovery and advancement of therapeutic antibody programs. The role focuses on identifying antibody hits, contributing to lead characterization and optimization, and collaborating with cross-functional teams across discovery, structural biology, immunology, oncology and pharmaceutical sciences. The final appointment level will depend on candidate experience.
