Principal AV Behavior Safety Engineering Lead

The Principal AV Behavior Safety Engineering Lead leads the strategy and execution for defining, measuring, and validating the safety of SAE Level 3–4 Automated Driving Systems powered by machine-learned models. This role involves owning the safety strategy for next-generation ADS architectures and defining the behavior-focused portion of the ADS Safety Case. The position requires collaborating with cross-functional teams to establish validation methodologies, evaluation metrics, and safety performance indicators for autonomous driving technologies.
