About this role

A Principal Backend Developer who defines and executes the technical vision for the product, driving prototyping, validation and refactoring initiatives. The role is embedded in a multidisciplinary R&D product team responsible for the Digital Banking Platform, with a specific focus on Entitlements (Access Control, Approvals, Limits). The position represents the product vision internally and externally and requires collaboration across departments to ensure delivery in a regulated banking environment. The technology stack is modern and microservices-based, built on Spring Boot and supporting both cloud-native and on-premise deployments.
