Principal Backup Engineer

The Principal Backup Engineer partners with business and technical teams to drive improved technology solutions and develop technical roadmaps for the Bank's enterprise backup and storage platforms. This role involves overseeing data protection architecture, defining standards for on-premises and cloud-native environments, and leading cross-disciplinary efforts to research and implement innovative technologies. The position requires advising senior leaders on platform strategy, technology risk, and resiliency while ensuring compliance with security and regulatory requirements.
