Principal Build Reliability Engineer

The Principal Build Reliability Engineer at Castelion will ensure the reliability of flight components and assemblies by evaluating product and process data, driving manufacturing quality improvements, and representing quality objectives within design and development teams. The role involves hands‑on development of design for manufacturability, inspection and test process development, root cause investigations, and coordination of first build reviews to maintain high‑quality, reliable aerospace products.
