Principal, Capabilities & Business Operations

This role within Technical Operations’ Capabilities & Business Operations function is critical for strengthening how Technical Operations translates strategy into executable work and builds repeatable, scalable ways of working as the organization advances toward commercialization and future growth. The Principal partners closely with Technical Operations leaders and cross-functional teams to shape strategic priorities into well-defined initiatives, strengthen end-to-end business processes, and improve execution readiness through continuous improvement. The successful candidate brings a combination of business process management, operational excellence, strategy realization, and strong cross-functional execution capability.
