Principal Civil or Structural Engineer

This role offers an exciting opportunity for an experienced Principal Civil or Structural Engineer to join BakerHicks in Bristol, playing a key role in establishing and developing the regional Civil & Structural capability. The position involves leading technically challenging projects across various sectors, providing technical leadership, and mentoring less experienced engineers within a collaborative, multidisciplinary team environment. The successful candidate will contribute to design delivery, technical reviews, and the overall growth of the Bristol team while maintaining hands-on involvement in complex project work.
