A Principal Consultant, Agentic AI Cybersecurity Engineer at Synechron will lead the development and operationalization of autonomous AI systems to autonomously discover, exploit, and remediate vulnerabilities across application and infrastructure estates. The role combines deep expertise in offensive and defensive security with advanced agentic AI capabilities to integrate safe, autonomous security practices into CI/CD pipelines. Responsibilities include hand-on penetration testing, reverse engineering, and building reusable AI tooling to scale vulnerability management within regulated enterprise environments.

Responsibilities

Architect end-to-end agentic AI patching pipelines for vulnerability remediation
Develop proof-of-concept exploits and validate AI-generated security fixes
Build reusable AI skills and tooling for scalable vulnerability discovery
Conduct hands-on penetration testing and red team exercises against critical assets
Design prompt guards and human-in-the-loop controls for safe autonomous deployments
