Principal, CRE Debt Capital Markets

The position sits within the firm’s capital solutions/capital markets area and acts as a central point for external financing relationships and internal coordination across investment, legal, and fund administration teams. It supports Wellington’s enterprise-wide approach to structuring and sourcing leverage for structured credit products within a large-scale asset management firm.
