About this role

This role leads the architecture, implementation, and lifecycle management of Veradigm's multi-engine database platform across AWS and Azure. The incumbent serves as a senior technical authority responsible for high-availability design, disaster recovery, and 24/7 production reliability while guiding AI-augmented database operations. They act as the final escalation point for complex incidents and provide technical direction for major platform initiatives.

Responsibilities

Design and implement multi-cloud database infrastructure across AWS and Azure
Own 24/7 production reliability and serve as final escalation point for major outages
Architect high-availability and disaster-recovery systems meeting 99.99% availability SLAs
Set technical direction for AI-augmented database operations and platform initiatives
Lead complex performance triage and cross-team database incident resolution
