A Principal Digital Signal Processing (DSP) Engineer will design and implement algorithms to detect and classify unmanned aerial surveillance platforms using their RF links, reverse engineer wireless protocols, and develop both MATLAB prototypes and production‑ready C++ code. The role also involves setting technical strategy, leading a small team of DSP engineers, and collaborating with RF, data science, and mission analysis experts.

Responsibilities

Design and implement DSP algorithms for UAS RF detection
Reverse engineer RF protocols for commercial and custom UAS platforms
Develop signal processing workflows in MATLAB and production‑ready C++ code
Lead and mentor a lean team of DSP engineers while remaining hands‑on
Set strategy and technology roadmap for signal processing programs
