About this role

The Principal Electrical Engineer – Medium Voltage (MV) serves as the senior technical authority for the architecture, design governance, validation, industrialization, and lifecycle support of medium‑voltage power distribution products and systems. This role provides cross‑program technical leadership, establishes engineering standards, resolves complex technical risks, and guides product decisions from concept through production release while collaborating with customers, global engineering teams, manufacturing, quality, and other stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Own and govern electrical architecture strategy for MV switchgear and distribution systems
Lead system-level design and validation of protection, control, and communication solutions
Mentor engineers and establish engineering standards and design governance
