About this role

Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems is seeking a Principal or Sr. Principal Electrical Engineer to support the Common Products Test Engineering organization in Rancho Bernardo, CA. The role involves providing technical leadership across the full lifecycle of complex electronic assemblies, including LRUs, WRAs, and PCBAs, from development through sustainment. Selected candidates will apply hands-on electrical engineering expertise to resolve test failures, improve yield and reliability, and support production processes and qualification activities.
