Principal Electrical Engineer

This role provides technical leadership in semiconductor device and process technology development, collaborating with foundry partners and internal teams to ensure successful product tape-outs and production ramps. The ideal candidate leverages deep expertise in semiconductor device physics and process development to translate technology capabilities into practical guidance for circuit and product development. The position involves driving device and modeling test-chip activities, leading risk-reduction efforts, and providing technical guidance to design teams throughout the development lifecycle.
