The role involves ownership of process integration for semiconductor devices, monitoring performance to drive improvements in technology yield and defectivity, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to sustain manufacturing technologies. Candidates must demonstrate a technical understanding of semiconductor principles and a balanced scorecard approach to develop and improve technologies regarding quality, cost, and delivery.

Responsibilities

Own process integration of semiconductor devices from development through mass production
Monitor performance and drive improvements in technology yield and defectivity
Collaborate with device, process, and packaging teams to drive I/O solutions
Detect line issues through data analysis and drive timely containment and resolution
Contribute to intellectual property by writing innovative invention disclosures
