The Principal Engineer, Data Insights leads the hands-on development of EnableComp’s predictive intelligence platform, turning the Databricks lakehouse into a production-grade revenue-generating prediction engine. This technical leadership role owns ML model development for multi-dimensional work prioritization, business insights, and strategic build-vs-partner decisions, and will architect and build the platform prior to scaling a team.
