Principal Engineer, Electrical Link Architecture

Ayar Labs is seeking a Principal Engineer to own the end-to-end electrical architecture of optical links, from component models through architecture and link analysis. This role involves defining electrical link budgets, partitioning equalization and gain between analog front ends and DSP, and leading silicon correlation efforts. The position requires deep expertise in high-speed wireline or optical link design and mixed-signal simulation to advance next-generation AI scale-up architectures.
