Principal Engineer - Engineering Effectiveness Measurement

This role leads the Engineering Effectiveness Measurement pillar at GovTech, establishing a coherent approach to measuring developer experience, engineering capability, and delivery outcomes. The position involves aligning existing data and analytics capabilities, running developer experience research, and evaluating the impact of AI engineering to drive practical improvements. The Principal Engineer will translate evidence into actionable recommendations for senior leaders and help build measurement and research capabilities across the organization.
