About this role

The Principal Engineer will lead process development, scale‑up, technology transfer, and external manufacturing oversight for Sarepta’s antibody‑oligonucleotide conjugate (AOC) and adeno‑associated virus (AAV) drug substance programs. The role provides technical leadership across internal and CDMO/CMO activities, ensuring process robustness, product quality, GMP readiness, and supporting CMC regulatory deliverables.

Responsibilities

Lead process development and optimization for AOC and AAV drug substances
Provide technical oversight of CDMO/CMO transfers, GMP batch execution, and regulatory documentation
Develop and maintain drug substance control strategies and support scale‑up to commercial production

Skills

Qualifications

Ph.D. in chemical engineering, biochemistry, chemistry, pharmaceutical sciences, bioengineering, virology, molecular biology, or related fieldMS degreeBS degree
