About this role

The Principal Engineer Team Lead will guide the AV Behavior Understanding and Evaluation team within Motional's Systems Readiness and Performance organization, defining safe and comfortable autonomous driving standards and translating them into actionable policies and metrics. This role leads a high‑performing engineering team, collaborates cross‑functionally, and drives data‑driven evaluation and validation of the autonomy stack for the upcoming driverless robotaxi launch.
