About this role

The Principal Engineer leads the development, characterization, and technology leadership of aseptic fill/finish operations, including filling, lyophilization, and visual inspection systems, within the Drug Product Technologies group. This role focuses on platform harmonization, automation, and data-driven decision-making to support late-stage drug product programs across biologic modalities. The position requires providing technical and strategic leadership to ensure success throughout the product lifecycle, from process characterization to commercialization and global tech transfers.
