Principal Engineer

This role involves setting the evaluation strategy for autonomous agents across NVIDIA, designing systems that allow agents to self-improve based on measurable results. The position focuses on building trustworthy evaluation loops, mining production data for insights, and creating realistic enterprise environments for testing agent performance. The engineer will also measure multi-agent interactions and ensure evaluation integrity by calibrating automated judges against human labels.
