Principal EPM Business Analyst

As an EPM Business Analyst at Columbia Sportswear, you will support the Enterprise Performance Management infrastructure by designing and administrating IBM Planning Analytics (PA/TM1) models. You will partner with business leaders, BI resources, and IT teams to gather requirements, document solutions, and drive improvements in financial planning and reporting processes.
