The Principal, Executive Operations & AI Enablement serves as a high-impact strategic partner to the Executive Leadership Team and Board, driving operational excellence through advanced AI workflows and governance. This elite operational role combines executive administration, strategic initiative execution, and the implementation of automated systems to maximize organizational efficiency and decision-making leverage.

Responsibilities

Partner with ELT leaders to build custom AI assistants and automate legacy tasks
Own end-to-end strategy and execution of ELT and Board meetings
Author and quality-assure Board decks and strategic briefs for clarity
Drive high-priority cross-functional initiatives under tight deadlines
Manage complex calendars and maintain version control over governance assets
