Principal, Grid Interconnection

This role involves creating and communicating a vision for ERCOT's grid interconnection challenges and developing advanced engineering solutions to ensure system reliability. The position requires exerting enterprise-wide technical influence through problem-solving, leading lower-level engineers, and advising leadership on complex interconnection and system analysis issues. Candidates will also represent ERCOT in external technical forums and publish technical reports to advance industry understanding of emerging technologies.
