About this role

The Principal/Senior Sales Strategy Lead will drive sales strategy and programs for Zendesk's go-to-market organization, using market intelligence, modeling, and analytics to generate business insights. This individual contributor role partners with GTM leadership to inform financial goals, investment decisions, and roadmap priorities to improve revenue and profitability. The position reports to the Sr. Director of GTM Sales Strategy and is focused on shaping strategic direction through data-driven recommendations.
