Principal Hardware Systems Architect

Blue Origin is seeking a Principal Hardware Systems Architect to define and lead the end-to-end architecture of its next-generation satellite user terminal for the TeraWave satellite communications network. This role involves owning system-level hardware design across RF antenna arrays, high-speed digital processing, power systems, and mechanical integration to deliver a high-performance, cost-optimized product at scale. The position requires driving the technical roadmap, making critical architectural trade-offs, and guiding a cross-functional engineering team through the entire product lifecycle from initial architecture to global mass manufacturing.
