About this role
The Principal Health Economics and Outcomes Specialist is a senior HEOR leader within the Surgical OU responsible for providing strategic, analytical, and methodological expertise to develop global health economic and outcomes evidence. The role focuses on designing and executing real-world evidence studies using claims, EHR, and other data sources to support regulatory, reimbursement, and commercial decisions. The position partners cross-functionally with clinical, regulatory, medical affairs, and reimbursement teams to inform evidence strategies for surgical products.
