Principal HRIS Analyst

The Principal HRIS Analyst serves as the organization's senior subject matter expert for Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), responsible for the strategic administration, configuration, support, and continuous improvement of HR technology solutions, with Dayforce as the primary platform. This role balances expert-level, hands-on system administration, employee and HR user support, reporting and analytics, and process optimization while ensuring data integrity, security, compliance, and operational excellence. As a part of the corporate HRIS Team, the Principal HRIS Analyst partners closely with Human Resources, HR Operations, Payroll, Benefits, IT, Finance, and business leaders globally to drive system enhancements, streamline processes, manage system upgrades and integrations, and support enterprise-wide HR technology initiatives.
