Principal I

The Principal I role involves overseeing activities of the Western Balkans Investment Framework (WBIF) and managing EU funds in the Western Balkans in collaboration with the European Commission, bilateral donors, and International Financial Institutions. The position requires managing a portfolio of grants, ensuring compliance with governance arrangements, and leading coordination with internal and external stakeholders for timely implementation. The role also includes providing financial, legal, and budgetary oversight for EU IPA funds and promoting EBRD projects targeting future EU funding frameworks.
