Principal Industrial Designer(Hybrid)

The Principal Industrial Designer at Stryker’s Orthopedic Instruments team is a design leader responsible for shaping product vision and ensuring user-focused design quality for surgical instrument platforms. The role focuses on translating clinical insights into commercially viable medical device designs and influencing portfolio-level design strategy. This hybrid position is based in Portage, MI with an expectation of a minimum of three days in-office per week.
