About this role

The role is a full‑time, onsite position in Huntsville, AL leading multi‑disciplinary engineering teams to deliver test product development for the SM‑3 Block IB missile program. The incumbent will oversee schedule, cost, and technical execution, manage earned value and program risks, and coordinate with the program office and customers throughout the product lifecycle.
