About this role

The Principal IT Trainer serves as a subject matter expert for Epic Cadence training content development, creating and maintaining engaging learning materials that support operational and clinical workflows. This role focuses on the design, development, and maintenance of instructor-led, virtual, and eLearning content, while also delivering training to end users and providing site support as needed. The position involves leading the translation of system builds into documented curriculum and managing the eLearning program in its entirety.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain Epic Cadence training content and eLearning materials
Deliver instructor-led, virtual, and blended learning sessions to end users
Mentor trainers and manage classroom training environments and evaluations
