Principal Knowledge & Data Architect

This role owns HHMI's knowledge management architecture for the EverydayAI Accelerator, designing and operating retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines and knowledge graphs to transform institutional data into structured, trustworthy information for AI systems. The position involves building entity resolution systems, extracting structure from unstructured content, and governing knowledge classification while partnering with data integration and AI platform teams. Candidates must possess deep technical expertise in production RAG, vector and graph databases, and information extraction to ensure reliable AI reasoning across the organization.
