Principal Manufacturing Engineer (Integration)

The Principal Manufacturing Engineer (Integration) serves as the central orchestrator of spacecraft final assembly at Varda, responsible for the processes, sequence, and documentation that bring every subsystem together into a complete, flight-ready vehicle. This role involves owning integration procedures from subassembly mating through final closeout, working at the convergence of structures, propulsion, avionics, and thermal protection systems to ensure accurate and safe execution. The position requires exceptional situational awareness and the ability to resolve conflicts between subsystems in real time on the factory floor.
