Principal Manufacturing Engineer

The Principal Manufacturing Engineer will lead the hands‑on commissioning and build‑out of Reframe Systems' first production microfactory, owning equipment procurement, workcell design, and process documentation to create a repeatable playbook for future factories. This senior individual‑contributor role blends deep mechanical engineering expertise with cross‑functional leadership, ensuring the factory moves from concept to operational status while mentoring other engineers.
