The Principal Mechanical Design Engineer – Low Voltage (LV) Switchgear serves as the senior technical authority for mechanical architecture, design governance, validation, industrialization, and lifecycle support of low‑voltage switchgear and power distribution products. The role provides cross‑program technical leadership, establishes engineering standards, resolves complex risks, and guides products from concept through production release while collaborating with customers, global engineering, manufacturing, sourcing, quality, and regulatory teams.

Responsibilities

Own mechanical architecture strategy for LV switchgear and power distribution equipment
Lead system-level mechanical design, validation, and release across product lifecycle
Mentor engineers and establish reusable mechanical engineering standards and best practices

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related technical fieldMaster's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related technical discipline
