The Principal Mechanical Designer will own detailed CAD design execution and configuration quality of flight hardware across spacecraft programs, translating packaging constraints into producible, testable hardware and shepherding designs through release, build, integration, and test. The role involves close collaboration with mechanical, structures, thermal engineers, AIT, manufacturing, supply chain, and systems teams to deliver flight‑ready mechanical assemblies.
Quantum Space is building the Ranger spacecraft platform, a next-generation highly maneuverable spacecraft engineered for orbital mobility across LEO, MEO, GEO, and cislunar orbits.
