KoBold Metals is a data-driven mineral exploration company that combines machine learning with traditional geoscience ("AI + HI") to accelerate discovery of critical materials for the clean-energy transition. The company builds predictive models over geological, geophysical, geochemical and remote-sensing datasets to prioritize targets for field work and drilling, with a focus on battery and electrification metals such as nickel, cobalt, copper and lithium. By integrating proprietary data, data science, and on-the-ground exploration teams, KoBold aims to reduce exploration risk and speed the delivery of new mineral resources, partnering with mining companies and investors worldwide.
