Principal Mission Systems Engineer

The Principal Mission Systems Engineer will own the mission systems architecture and operational employment concept for the Massed Modular Aircraft program, translating USAF operational requirements into concrete engineering design decisions. This role bridges the gap between operational needs and engineering by defining mission systems interfaces, leading trade studies, and ensuring interoperability with USAF command-and-control systems. The position requires direct experience with USAF mission operations and the ability to validate system design through mission utility analysis and operational testing.
