About this role
A Principal Motion Designer at DEPT® leads the motion design craft, shaping how client brands move, feel, and interact while translating creative vision into measurable business impact. The role drives conceptualization and execution of 2D animation, UI motion, motion graphics, storyboarding, and video assets for marketing, product, and internal communications, and sets quality standards and guidelines. This is a remote-first, hybrid role with required proximity to certain California offices and periodic on-site attendance.
