About this role

This senior individual contributor role serves as the strategy-to-execution and performance enablement layer for Enterprise Operations, translating leadership priorities into clear plans and disciplined governance. The incumbent owns the EO Operating System, manages the operating rhythm and BPM forum, and creates a single pane of glass for executive visibility into performance and initiative health. By collaborating closely with the EO Chief of Staff and CEOO, the position drives cross-functional alignment, shapes executive-grade narratives, and ensures reliable follow-through on strategic outcomes.

Responsibilities

Own and continuously improve the enterprise operating rhythm and governance structures.
Design and execute the annual priorities and operating planning processes.
Create and maintain a single pane of glass view for executive performance visibility.
Partner with leadership to prepare for and execute key strategic forums.
Translate complex business realities into clear, compelling executive narratives.
