About this role

The Principal Process Engineer serves as a key technical resource and Chemical Engineering subject matter expert for Indorama Ventures, leading capital and non-capital projects to improve operational effectiveness. This role provides mentoring and technical leadership to less experienced engineers while defining, justifying, and implementing solutions across multiple manufacturing units. Responsibilities include process design, safety leadership, and interfacing with business teams to define long-term capital plans in the chemical industry.

Responsibilities

Lead definition and implementation of capital and non-capital projects
Mentor less experienced process and production engineers
Develop process design data sheets and engineering drawings
Direct and review EPC firm work on multidiscipline projects
Conduct hazard studies and lead cross-functional performance teams

Skills

Qualifications
