Principal Product Manager

The Principal Product Manager will own the end-to-end lifecycle of autonomous AI agents, from initial concept and prototyping through to general availability and scaling within Workday's enterprise customer base. This hands-on role requires designing reliable, production-grade agent systems in complex, regulated domains like finance and HCM while collaborating closely with engineering and customers to validate value and drive adoption. The position demands a blend of technical depth, scrappiness, and strategic judgment to build new product lines from the ground up.
