Principal Proposition Manager

The Principal Proposition Manager defines, develops, and manages the Smart Utilities proposition across public and private sectors, translating customer needs and technology developments into scalable solutions. The role owns the end-to-end proposition lifecycle, from market insight and value proposition design through go-to-market enablement and implementation readiness. This position works across multiple internal teams and strategic partners to ensure offers are customer-led, commercially viable, and ready to scale.
