Principal Quality Engineer (Onsite)

As a Principal Quality Engineer at RTX, you will lead cross-functional quality initiatives within the Propeller Systems engineering organization to drive continuous improvement and ensure product conformity. The role involves analyzing nonconforming material data, managing corrective action requests, and monitoring key performance indicators such as scrap rates and first-pass yield. You will collaborate with manufacturing, engineering, and supplier quality teams to resolve systemic issues and facilitate root cause analysis.
