About this role

The Principal Reliability Engineer will develop and conduct reliability, availability, and maintainability analyses, including RAM predictions, FMECA, and FRACAS tasks, to ensure aerospace and defense products meet stringent performance and safety requirements throughout their life cycle. The role supports proposal development, tracks earned value, and collaborates with internal and external stakeholders, requiring a U.S. security clearance and up to 10% domestic travel.

Responsibilities

Conduct Reliability, Availability, and Maintainability (RAM) analyses
Perform Failure Modes Effects and Criticality Analyses (FMECA) and Fault Detection/Isolation analyses
Maintain complex Reliability Block Diagrams and system models
Execute FRACAS tasks, including trend analysis and failure investigations, and present findings
Support proposal development and track earned value for RAM/FRACAS scope
