About this role

The Principal Researcher in AIR’s Youth, Family, and Community Development program leads prevention-focused research to generate and apply evidence that supports youth, families, and communities, with emphasis on preventing violence and harmful behaviors in military contexts. The role advances AIR’s prevention science portfolio, informs policy and practice through culturally responsive research, and supports dissemination of findings for contract- and grant-funded work. The position is senior-level and contributes to the organization’s strategic vision in primary prevention.
